Haryana is one of the major and well-developed states of our country and makes significant contribution towards India's agriculture, industry, and commercial output. The state has made impressive strides over the years to carve out a niche for itself in the fields of engineering, automobiles, textiles, leather, information technology, electronic hardware, and hi-tech industries. The contribution of the primary, secondary and tertiary sector to state's GVA in FY20 were 16 per cent, 33 per cent and 51 per cent, respectively. Haryana emerged as a preferred investment destination for domestic as well as international investors due to its suitable climatic conditions & conducive business environment. Today it is home to several multinational companies and corporate houses.
